A three-thousand-year-old Traditional Chinese Medicine technique using suction β silicone, glass, or bamboo cups placed on the skin to create negative pressure. Unlike massage, which presses into the body, cupping pulls outward. Fascia lifts. Trapped blood flow releases. Stagnation moves.
Stationary cupping (cups left in place for 5β15 minutes) treats specific muscle groups and acupressure channels.
