1. Who We Are
VIE HEALING ("we," "us") operates this site and the VIE HEALING Master Classes. Contact: info@viehealing.com · 8581 Santa Monica Blvd. #533, West Hollywood, CA 90069.
2. Your Purchase & License
When you purchase a Master Class, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own professional and personal use. Unless your offer states otherwise (e.g., Turnkey Spa multi-seat packages), your license covers one person. You may not share, reproduce, resell, publicly post, or distribute course videos, materials, or downloads, or use them to create competing training programs.
3. Certification & Use of Credential
Upon completing a Master Class, you may describe yourself as a "VIE HEALING Certified" practitioner of that modality and display the corresponding badge. You may not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or partner of VIE HEALING, and you may not use VIE HEALING brand assets beyond the certification badge without written permission.
4. Professional Responsibility
Our Master Classes are educational programs. Completion does not constitute a medical license or government-issued credential. You are solely responsible for confirming and complying with the licensing and scope-of-practice rules of your jurisdiction before offering any technique commercially, for maintaining your own professional liability insurance, and for the services you provide to your clients.
5. Payments
Prices are stated in USD at checkout. Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full; failure to complete payments may result in suspended course access. Taxes may apply based on your location.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is stated on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, text, photography, video, and materials are the property of VIE HEALING and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access (without refund) for violation of these terms, including content sharing, credential misrepresentation, or abusive conduct.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and courses are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIE HEALING is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable course.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
